Thursday, Aug. 2
Noon to 2 p.m., the Office of Summer Sessions sponsors an end-of-summer ice cream social with a special performance featuring the Taratibu Youth Association dance troupe. The group performs from 12:30 to 1 p.m. The social will take place on the Edward J. Pryzbyla University Center patio and is open to summer students, faculty, and administrators. Removal of “Celebrating 125 Years” Wordmark
Now that the University’s 125th anniversary celebration has come to a close, it’s time to remove the “Celebrating 125 Years” wordmark from email signatures. To do so members of the CUA community should visit http://publications.cua.edu/email/index.cfm and follow the instructions on changing email signatures based on the version of Outlook on their computers.

New Work-Study Supervisor Training
All new work-study supervisors are required to attend one training session in order to hire work-study students. The Office of Career Services will host new supervisor trainings on Monday, Aug. 6, at 2 p.m. and Tuesday, Aug. 14, at 10 a.m.  Both sessions will be held in in the Edward J. Campus Road Repair Work
The Office of Facilities Maintenance and Operations is performing repairs on O'Boyle parking lot. The lot is closed until further notice. For alternative parking arrangements, contact the Facilities Service Center at 202-319-5121 or email CUA-FMO@cua.edu.

Summer 2012 Rape Aggression Defense Classes
The Office of Public Safety is sponsoring Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) classes until Thursday, Aug. 2. Classes will be held at the Raymond A. DuFour Athletic Center from 6 to 7 p.m. on Mondays and Thursdays. To participate or for more information, email dickerson@cua.edu.

Cardinal Basketball Academy Camp
