Instructional Baseball Camps
CUA will conduct weekend instructional baseball camps in the DuFour Center from Wednesday, Dec. 29, to Friday, Dec. 31, and on Friday evenings and Saturday and Sunday mornings from Jan. 7 to Feb. 13. The camps will be open to players ages 8 to 18, of all ability and experience levels. Attendees will be instructed by CUA baseball coaching staff, local college and high school coaches, and college and professional players. Emphasis will be placed on baseball fundamentals as well as exposing talented high school prospects to college recruiters. Individual videotaping included. Group, team and CUA employee and alumni discounts are available. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited. FluMist Vaccine Distribution
Student Health Services has acquired a limited number of FluMist vaccines (see http://flumist.com). This is a live, nasally inhaled flu vaccine that can only be administered to healthy individuals who are not in the "high risk" groups that are only to receive the injectable flu vaccine. Student Health Services is offering flumist to faculty, staff and students on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost is $30 and faculty and staff would need to pay by cash or check. Those individuals who meet the criteria and would like to receive the vaccine should call Student Health Services at 202-319-5744.

Mandated Power Outages
In order to comply with Pepco's high-voltage testing and maintenance procedures, CUA's Facilities Maintenance and Operations will conduct mandated power outages between Nov. 22 and Dec. 30. The outages have been scheduled as follows in order not to interfere with exams:

— Monday, Nov. 22: 7 a.m. to 8 a.m., Campuswide (except Centennial Village, Hannan, Law, Life Cycle Institute, Health and Fitness Center, Flather, Ryan, Regan, Curley Court, Millennium, Pryzbyla Center).

— Wednesday, Nov. 24: 7 a.m. to 8 a.m., Campuswide (except Centennial Village, Hannan, Law, Life Cycle Institute, Health and Fitness Center, Flather, Ryan, Regan, Curley Court, Millennium, Pryzbyla Center).

— Monday, Nov. 29: 8 a.m. to 8:45 a.m., Flather, Regan, St. Vincent's, Ryan, Health and Fitness Center, Grounds.

— Tuesday, Nov. 30: 6 a.m. to 9 a.m., Life Cycle Institute only.

— Monday, Dec. 20: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Power Plant (second floor), Crough Center, Pangborn, McMahon, Stucco, McCarthy.
