Acceptable Use Policy
Catholic University provides many computing facilities to help students, faculty, and staff complete their work and enjoy the benefits broad Internet access can provide. Guidelines are necessary to help ensure these benefits are equally available to the entire campus community.

The Acceptable Use Policy enumerates the rules that apply to all users of the CUA Campus Network and to computing equipment and device issued and maintained by CUA. All members of the campus community and guests are expected to follow these rules, encourage others to do the same, and report willful violations.

The Acceptable Use Policy can be found at http://policies.cua.edu/infotech/compethicsfull.cfm.

Celebrate CUA's 125th Anniversary with Every E-mail Signature
Members of the Catholic University community can help raise awareness about the University's 125th anniversary with every e-mail they send by downloading the new 125th anniversary University wordmark and tagline on the E-mail Tagline page: http://publications.cua.edu/email/index.cfm. The image includes the University's nameplate, shield, and the tagline "Celebrating 125 Years." The page also includes instructions for creating a new e-mail signature in Outlook.

For printable versions of the 125th anniversary wordmark and tagline for stationery, Web pages, PowerPoint presentations, or other uses, visit http://publications.cua.edu/wordmarks/index.cfm.

Each training session is available online 24 hours a day and can be accessed from any computer with an Internet connection. Both can be completed in less than an hour. CUA employees must repeat each training program every two years. To take the training, click on the hyperlinks above or visit http://humanresources.cua.edu/training/index.cfm.
