Register for the Student Involvement Fair
The Office of University Center, Student Programming and Events announces that the Student Involvement Fair will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 4, from 5 to 7 p.m. on the plaza in front of Hannan Hall (Pryzbyla Center will be the rain location). This event provides an opportunity for students to learn about the various student organizations, university departments and other opportunities for involvement. The fair will be part of Fall Fiesta — a large welcome-back event for the CUA community that will feature food, inflatable games, live music and more. It will provide a great venue to network with the CUA community, recruit students and advertise fall programs. This is also an ideal time to share free give-aways and informational flyers and brochures with the CUA community. Registered participants will be provided with table space and two chairs for the event. Weight Watchers at Work
The Office of Human Resources and the Washington, D.C., branch of Weight Watchers International invite students, faculty and staff to register for a Weight Watchers at Work program to be held on campus for 12 weeks this fall.The program will teach participants how to make wise choices, eat healthy, enjoy food and exercise. The program fee for the 12 weeks is $168, payable in two installments. An information session will be held at noon on Sept. 26 in Leahy Hall, Room 100. Updates to ALADIN
CUA Libraries announces that as of Aug. 1, the libraries rolled out a new interface for the ALADIN catalog and MyALADIN (library account information). The changes and added features will assist library patrons with their searching needs. Campus Employment Fair
The Office of Career Services announces that the Campus Employment Fair will be held Wednesday, Aug. 29, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Edward J. Pryzbyla University Center, Great Room. The fair will give campus employers the chance to meet with students seeking both work-study and non-work-study campus positions. Students can pick up their work-study authorization forms. Representatives from the Office of Human Resources and the Office of Payroll will be available to help students complete all pertinent paperwork for employment.

The deadline to register is Friday, Aug. 17.
