Assistance Dealing with Tragedy
United Behavioral Health has opened a toll-free number for general public (friends and distant relatives) who need support and assistance in dealing with Virginia Tech tragedy. The number is 1-866-342-6892. The Employee Assistance Plan specialist will provide telephone assessment, community resources and crisis management.

Information sheets on recovering from a crisis and self-help and care following disasters are available on the human resources Web page, under the Employee Assistance Plan at http://humanresources.cua.edu/announcements.

TIAA-CREF One-on-One Counseling Sessions
The following days have been added to the current TIAA-CREF schedule of one-on-one counseling sessions:

Appointments are required. To schedule an appointment, call 202-637-0090. All sessions will take place in the first floor conference room in Leahy Hall between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
