Those who wish to receive a free T-shirt may pick one up from the public affairs office, located in Room 311 of McMahon Hall, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Due to limited quantities, T-shirts are available only to those who participated in the photo session.

The Office of Career Services announces that the 6th annual Campus Employment Fair will be held Wednesday, Aug. 31, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Great Room of the Edward J. Students will be able to pick up work-study authorization forms, and representatives from the human resources and payroll offices will be present to collect all employment paperwork. Pepsi will provide drinks for all participants.

Those who wish to participate should call 202-310-5623 or contact Katie Hutchens, student employment coordinator, at hutchens@cua.edu for a registration form and additional details. The registration deadline for the employment fair is Friday, Aug. 19.

Those who cannot attend the employment fair may still participate by registering and submitting to the career services office pertinent department/office information, which may include flyers about available work opportunities. Such materials will be made available for students to pick up at the fair.
